Healing Meditation/Workshop with Birinder

The pre-stage to spiritual seeking is healing the Self, which
must be in a very true state to enter the ultimate realm. There are
four realms of the Self - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual
- all of which need to be freed from blocks. Within each of these
planes some areas may be congested with energy while others are
starved for energy. This series of healing meditation workshops with
mystic and realized master Birinder Bhullar will prepare the Self
for true seeking by harmonizing the energy system of each plane,
layer by layer, thus restoring its natural rhythm and opening it to
the Cosmic Pool.

Reiki & Reflexology with Suzanne Roth Suzanne is a Reiki Master and Teacher of multiple lineages, and a local practitioner of Reiki, Reflexology, Massage, and Acupressure. She has more than 20 years experience in these fields, and offers her clients the combination of treatment modalities that will best serve their needs. Suzanne leads the popular Reiki classes sponsored by Awakenings, from Reiki I for beginners, through the Master Teacher levels.
