BY CAR: From Points North or South: Take Interstate 684 or the Saw Mill River Parkway (which ends by feeding into I-684) to Exit 6: Katonah. Turn west on Route 35 1/4 mile, then left at the last visible traffic light onto Woods Bridge Road (by the graffitied rock cliffs). Turn left at the flagpole (1/4 mile down Woods Bridge Road) onto The Parkway, then right at the stop sign onto Katonah Avenue. We are located up the hill on the right, in the white building opposite Mrs. Green's Natural Market - #215 Katonah Avenue. From Points
East or West: Take Route 35 towards Interstate 684. 1/4 west of
I-684, turn onto Woods Bridge Road and follow the directions above. BY TRAIN: Awakenings is located less than an hour from Grand Central Station. Take the Harlem Line north to Katonah Station. Exit the station on the "town side" (not the parking lot side), turn left and walk up Katonah Avenue to #215 Katonah Avenue on the right.
